Dragon beef is a famous Chinese dish goes well with fried rice. Which is prepared by deep frying the beef with marination. Then mix it with sauces. It is a yummy dish for sure. Please give it a try.

Ingredients:
Beef - 500 grams
Onion - 2 medium sliced
Capsicum - 1 medium sliced
Green chillies - 3 slitted
Ginger - 10 cloves shredded
Garlic - 1 inch shredded
Whole kashmiri chillies - 5
Kashmiri chillies crushed - 1 1/2 tablespoon
Cashew nut - 10 Nos
Spring onion
For marination and frying:
Corn flour - 2 tablespoon
Rice flour - 1 tablespoon
pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri chilly powder - 2 tablespoon
Fennel seed powder - 3/4 teaspoon
Soya sauce - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil for deep frying
For sauce:
Soya sauce - 1 1/2 tablespoon
Tomato ketchup - 2 tablespoon
Red chilly sauce - 2 tablespoon
Sugar - teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1 tablespoon
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Directions to make:
1. Clean the beef and cut it in length wise thinly. Because i prefer to deep fry the beef other than pressure cooking.
2. Mix cornflour, rice flour, chilly powder, fennel powder, pepper powder, lemon juice, soya sauce and silt with the beef. Marinate it at least for 1 hour in fridge.
3. After marination deep fry the beef and drain the excess oil and keep it aside.
4. In wok pour a little oil, the same used for frying the beef. When the oil get hot add cashew nuts, whole kashmiri chillies, garlic, ginger and green chillies, Saute well. Then, add sliced onion, sliced capsicum. When it's raw smell goes add chilly flakes and pepper powder, mix well.
5. It is the time to add the sauces, 2 tablespoon red chilly sauce, 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 1 1/2 tablespoon soya sauce, then,1 teaspoon vinegar and 1 teaspoon sugar, mix everything well to ensure that the sauces will perfectly coat with the fried beef.
6. Finally sprinkle some spring onion greens and serve hot
