Crispy Paneer Fry

Crispy paneer fry is a vegetarian appetizer or a snack . It can be served as starters, mostly liked by kids. Paneer is rich in calcium, protein, phosphorous etc. It has a lot of nutrients and minerals, so suits even to fitness freaks.

Ingredients:
Paneer - 250 gms
All purpose flour - 5 tablespoon
Cornflour - 3 tablespoon
Rice flour - 1 tablespoon
Soya sauce - 2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
some water
Egg white
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Vegetable oil for frying
Directions to make:
1. In a bowl, mix all purpose flour, cornflour, rice flour, pepper powder, chilli powder and salt with some water for a perfect batter to coat well with all paneer cubes.( batter should be consistency of dosa batter)
2.Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying paneer cubes.Next ,dip each paneer pieces in batter and egg white then cover it with breadcrumbs and place it on a plate.
3.When the oil is hot, fry the paneer till they are golden color. Remove it from the hot oil and pat dry with tissue.
4.Serve it hot without losing it's crunchiness. It goes well with tomato sauce.
